Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

A Palantir recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn.

I progressed to the next two stages:

  • Analysis (technical - 2nd stage)
  • Learning & decomp (technical - 3rd stage, 2 hours, under NDA) interview.

Analysis was like a simpler version of the decomp interview, with a problem to break down and walk through the solution whilst incorporating the interviewer's feedback. Learning was not very difficult but doesn't allow much room for mistake. Decomposition, to me, was fairly difficult but just because of the type of thinking that it required for the given scenario.

There was no LeetCode-style interview stage.
