The first round with the recruiter went well. The interviewer for the coding interview seemed quite uninspired to be there, if I may call it that.

Very smooth and quick process. The recruiter was very quick in responding. I had two rounds of telephone interviews. Questions and coding exercise were fair. There is nothing to complain, really.

The pre-screen was very short, but it needs to be tailored. It's very specific to the role. If the keywords are wrong, you won't get in through the pre-screen. Make sure to read through the job description and keep keywords handy, associating them
