HR informed I passed, but this position is filled. Asked me to apply for 2023 lol. So disappointed. Hope they could improve the interview process.

HR calls were all behavioral questions (BQ).

Why Palantir? Basic questions.

Great company and culture

Pros: Loved the people and the environment.

Cons: More busy at times, but it's the only real con.

A great company to grow and learn

November 3, 2020

Pros: People are very smart. There is room to grow. It's not uncommon to see people who have been in the company for 1-2 years becoming Leads. Huge responsibilities from day 1. "Choose your own adventure" -> You can create your own growth path in the company if you see the need for it. For example, if you work on X product/customer but you see that there is a need to develop another product, you can start working on that without an issue (as long as you don't jeopardize your other role). D&I is big here. You can get as involved as you want with this, and that's awesome! Overall, this is an amazing company. I love it.

Cons: Too much autonomy at times. This is also a pro, but being independent and figuring out things on your own is not for everyone.
