Palantir Forward Deployed Software Engineer (5/5, Oct 18, 2024): Loved The Team And Perks

This piece compiles interview experiences from candidates for Palantir's Forward Deployed Software Engineer role. The process is generally light: a recruiter call covering intro and compensation, followed by a roughly 30-minute technical interview featuring an easy LeetCode problem and a code walkthrough. Several candidates found the interviews easier than online reports suggested, though one stumbled on the technical round. The post also includes a 5/5 review from a former FDSE in New York who worked there under a year, praising the team, work, location, perks, and hours, with essentially no cons listed.
