Moonshot AI launches Kimi Enterprise Partner Program — what are the highlights of the FDE co-building model?
① Moonshot AI has launched the Kimi Enterprise Partner Program — which companies signed on in the first batch? ② The partnerships adopt the FDE co-building model — what are the highlights?

Cailian Press, September 10 (Editor Feng Yi) Moonshot AI, a leading Chinese large model company, officially launched the Kimi Enterprise Partner Program today, co-building an FDE team with IT service providers, system integrators and other partners to work on-site with customers and push large models into core enterprise business processes.
According to media reports, this is the first time a Chinese large model company has adopted the FDE model for AI end-stage deployment.
According to available information, the FDE sits between R&D and delivery. Unlike ordinary implementation work that only involves configuration and deployment, this model has development capabilities, completing integration, adaptation and business implementation on-site at the customer. At the same time, the FDE serves as a bridge, feeding real frontline business pain points, bugs and scenario requirements back to internal teams to drive product iteration, completing a full closed loop from customer scenarios to product optimization.
Notably, among the first batch of signed companies announced by Moonshot AI, including ChinaSoft International (00354.HK), Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) and AsiaInfo Technologies (01675.HK), all have relevant project experience.
On August 25, when announcing its comprehensive cooperation with Moonshot AI in the enterprise-grade Agentic AI business field, AsiaInfo Technologies revealed that under the agreement, Moonshot AI would provide complete Kimi model weights, technical documentation and backend R&D support, while AsiaInfo would form a dedicated FDE delivery team, with both parties jointly covering model adaptation, parameter tuning, localized deployment and ongoing operations and maintenance.
Earlier, on July 20, when announcing the signing of an agreement with Moonshot AI, ChinaSoft International also stated that the two parties would co-build an FDE innovation lab, with the first phase of cooperation prioritizing the energy and power sector, focusing on technical breakthroughs and scenario innovation around core industry business scenarios. In addition, for Token consumption revenue generated from Kimi large models during the implementation of the cooperation and other derived cooperation income, the two parties will share proceeds at the ratio agreed in the agreement.
Research by Huaxi Securities shows that globally, demand for FDE roles in the AI industry is surging overall. By deploying experts within enterprises to help customize AI models, large model companies are expected to generate more revenue.
The institution also stated that against the backdrop of continuously rising large model ARR at home and abroad, rapidly exploding Token consumption, and fast-growing AI agent usage, the FDE, as one of the important mediums for expanding into downstream enterprise applications, is expected to achieve rapid growth alongside them.
